The warm welcome and how friendly the staff was. The rooms were warm as well I didn't feel that it was winter when I was inside.

The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast.
Breakfast was good, i liked it. I would request that the property consider allowing late check out upon request. Sometimes we just need one or two more hours extra. The pool, if possible the water not to be that cold.
The area itself, malls are nearby, staff was friendly and the food was good.
